Tomáš Valášek jest słowackim dyplomatą i politykiem. W latach 2013-2017 pełnił funkcję ambasadora Słowacji przy NATO. Od 2020 roku jest członkiem Rady Narodowej Słowacji, a w latach 2017-2020 pełnił funkcję dyrektora Carnegie Europe.
