Współorganizator debat o mieście. W czasie studiów przewodniczący Koła Naukowego Integracji Europejskiej przy Instytucie Badań Integracji Europejskiej Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego. Słuchacz studium podyplomowego w zakresie zarządzania rozwojem przestrzennym miast na Wydziale Architektury Politechniki Gdańskiej.
