Marcel Tomášek

Uzyskał dwa magisteria (z socjologii i nauk politycznych/europeistyki) na uniwersytetach w Warszawie i Ołomuńcu. Naukę kontynuował w Stanach Zjednoczonych w Transregional Center for Democratic Studies, które jest częścią New School w stanie Nowy Jork. Były wykładowca socjologii na Uniwersytecie Masaryka w Brnie (2002-2007), obecnie jest niezależnym badaczem; mieszka w Czechach. Jego główne zainteresowania to przemiany socjoekonomiczne i zbiorowe doświadczenia traumy, ostatnio szczególnie w kontekście sztuki.
