Enrique Peñalosa

(1954) kolumbijski polityk należący do ruchu Nowego Urbanizmu. Były burmistrz Bogoty (1998-2001), który zreformował system komunikacji w mieście doprowadzając do zmniejszenia liczby wypadków, szczególnie z udziałem pieszych. Pracował także jako dziennikarz oraz ekspert w dziedzinie polityki miejskiej i transportowej.
