The role of the Operations Manager will involve all administrative tasks connected to a smooth management of projects, as well as financial reporting for Polish and international authorities and donors.
The main responsibilities will entail project management support – from application processing to final reporting, organisation of trips and accommodation, maintaining swift contact with partners and participants of projects, as well as support in social media outreach.
The person will also be requested to keep the Foundation’s database up to date, organise small and larger events, maintain regular cooperation with the accountant’s office, prepare and/or commission necessary payments.
The successful candidate is expected to work with Polish documents and in an international setting.
